Our people are our greatest asset and our commitment to supporting our advisers and their clients remains our utmost priority. So we’re pleased to announce that we’ve hired six new specialists across our sales, underwriting, operations and digital teams.
Merle Kahn joins the sales team as a Business Development Consultant (VIC/TAS) bringing with her over four years of sales experience, with a proven track record of launching new products to market and growing market share. Prior to joining NEOS, Merle was a Medical Sales Representative at GlaxoSmith Kline.
Louise Quinn joins the WA team as a Senior Underwriter and has over 14 years’ experience. Prior to joining NEOS, she worked at AXA/AMP and BT. Most recently, she was a Principal Underwriter at TAL.
In the Operations team, we’ve appointed Service Consultant Victor Hom and Tele-Interview Administrator, Roberto Sollazzo. Victor has worked in the financial planning industry for six years and was most recently a Client Services Administrator. Roberto has a background in event management with a passion for customer service and we’re pleased that he’s decided to focus the next stage of his career in life insurance at NEOS.
Brett Irving joins us as a Senior Business Analyst and has over 15 years’ experience in insurance, delivering solutions for pricing, database design, operations, and user experience. Brett previously worked at Suncorp, Westpac and Liberty Mutual.
Lastly, we welcome Lisheng Yu as Cyber Security and IT Delivery Manager to the digital team. Lisheng has over 14 years of software engineering management and project management experience across several industries and has led several security projects including the globally recognised, International Information Security Standard (ISO27001) certification.
