Time for another State Manager update, which has had me looking back over my shoulder and realising just how much has happened since my last update!
You may recall that in my last update, we (a group of advisers and I) were about to commence the NEOS Pedal for Possibilities ride, a fundraising cycle event from Albany to Perth/Fremantle over a 4.5 day period, covering just under 700km. Well, the great news is that we completed the journey (all unscathed) and in the process, raised (with the help of NEOS and our adviser sponsors) over $50,000 for the Garvan Institute of Medical Research! What an experience it was, something all involved will remember for many years to come. You can see more details about the ride and some pictures here. Well done, everyone!
A change you may have noticed is that our email signatures now show we’ve moved to a new premises in the heart of the Perth CBD! The team got busy packing up our old desks a few weeks ago, and made the move to our new office at 220 St Georges Terrace. Nothing like a new environment that offers well-designed, open plan office space to get reenergised! So, if you’re ever in the area, please let us know – it would be great to show you around and share a coffee, too.
We also have a few new faces working with you. Paul Simpson joins us as Senior Underwriter, Ashleigh Mitenko as our new Service Administrator, and Aash Jacob is now looking after our SA advisers in the role of Business Development Consultant. There’s absolutely no doubt that our new team members will continue to ensure we’re delivering the great service you’ve become accustomed to!
And finally, end of financial year is upon us and I’m sure you’re doing all you can to get your clients’ insurance cover in place before 30 June. Don’t forget that we’re here to assist in getting business done fast. Whether it’s using our NEOS Protection or Encompass Protection offerings, the NEOS service standard remains best of breed!
LET US KNOW HOW WE'RE DOING
NEOS is a business focused solely on the advised channel. This means that our success is dependent on your success. If there’s anything you feel we could be doing better or if you have any suggestions on how we can improve the NEOS Experience, please let us know.
While this edition of our newsletter has highlighted some of the great successes we’ve recently had, we’re not too proud to think that we can’t be better.
Please don’t hesitate to reach out to me as your State Manager or alternatively your BDM. We’d love to hear from you! And of course, positive feedback is also appreciated.
