The set up of your plan depends on many variables, such as the cover type(s) being applied for, the cover amount and any additional information we may need to assess your application including your current health and medical history. At times, we may need to wait for information to be returned to us from other providers such as your doctor(s).
Importantly, purchasing life insurance with the guidance of your financial adviser, means you’re receiving expert advice and your life insurance plan is tailored to your individual needs.

(COVID-19). NEOS Protection plans do not contain any
general exclusions in relation to epidemics or pandemics.
If you or your client contracts COVID-19, you can make a claim as you would for any other illness. This includes any Life, Total and Permanent Disability (TPD), Critical Illness, Child’s Critical Illness and Income Protection cover types.
Please note, if there is a specific exclusion noted on your plan schedule (e.g. a travel exclusion), this may impact your eligibility to claim for COVID-19.
As with all claims, all disclosure obligations must be met as well as the terms of cover in order to be eligible for a benefit payment.
